Beach Days are the Best Days - Town of Huntington Beaches
Living on an island comes with a lot of benefits—not least of which is access to a multitude of water-based activities. One of the highlights of living within the Town of Huntington is our many different beaches—which often surprises new residents to the town who only often think of the south shore when it comes to a day at the beach. If you’re looking to acclimate yourself to our many beach options, look no further. With a simple Resident Permit (available for purchase at all local beaches), you can hang at one or all of the town beaches as much as your heart desires!
The Town of Huntington boasts 8 wonderful beaches, each with their own vibe and amenities. Every beach has basic bathrooms, lifeguard hours, etc. but some also have playgrounds and storage for watercraft. Crab Meadow Beach includes a restaurant and concessions in addition to a huge playground and area for BBQs and parties.
